Excessive hydration of cement blanket will not occur, so it is always recommended to use excessive water. Water can be sprayed several times on the fiber surface until the cement blanket is saturated. Because the cement blanket absorbs moisture, it darkens first and then becomes lighter. When water accumulates or flows down the surface, the cement blanket is saturated with water. After the initial hydration reaction, the cement blanket shall be re wetted at least once between one and two hours. This is especially necessary in high temperature and dry weather, as evaporation of water can cause excessive drying of concrete.

The product hj008 cement blanket is the most prone to excessive drying. No matter what the weather is, one to two hours after hydration reaction, it should be rewatered once or several times. Do not use high-pressure water spray gun to spray water directly on the cement blanket, otherwise the surface of cement blanket will be washed into groove shape. If the new cement blanket is not fully protected by water, the setting will be delayed and the strength of the material will be reduced. If the setting time is delayed, it should be rewatered with a large amount of water. Cement blanket can be used under water. At this time, because it is immersed in water, hydration reaction can take place fully.

1 Preparation

First of all, planning and measurement should be carried out to ensure a certain slope, so that the water can flow smoothly from the upper end to the lower end; second, after the construction site is cleaned and leveled, the construction line is set according to the design drawing, and the drainage slope is retested.

2 excavation

The construction line shall be set up according to the design requirements, both sides of the ditch shall be leveled, and there shall be no empty soil and cavity on the slope surface of the ditch. To tamp the water damaged parts, in addition to the debris and gravel in the slope, if necessary, use Panax notoginseng lime soil compaction treatment, or grouting reinforcement after sealing, which requires that the treated parts have good stability!

The material can be laid vertically and horizontally. Please make sure that the base is smooth, otherwise it will affect the appearance quality!

4 joint treatment

1. A pit with a width of 10 cm and a depth of one time of the cement blanket shall be excavated horizontally at the overlapped position of two adjacent cement blankets, and the joint of cement blanket at the overlapping place shall be put into place and flattened.

2. Press the upper cement blanket on the lower cement blanket along the water flow direction, and the overlapping position shall not be less than 10cm.

3. Apply sealant evenly at the joint.

4. Fix two pieces of cement blanket with Φ 5 * 38mm stainless steel screws.

5. The edge of the material is fixed on the edge of the ditch with rivets, and the overlapped part is also fixed with rivets. After fixing, the edge can be covered with soil

6. Water curing before watering, the whole laying shall be inspected and accepted, and watering can be conducted only after it is qualified! Water 9kg per square meter (the thickness is calculated as 10 mm) should be thoroughly watered, and no less watering is allowed. Water should be evenly sprinkled from the edge to the middle. The best way is to spray the water with the flow rate of 4000ml / min until the color of the cement blanket becomes dark. Do not use high pressure water column! When the temperature is less than or equal to 5 ℃, insulation measures shall be taken; when the average temperature of day and night is higher than 30 ℃, the surface shall be covered with plastic film or geotextile and other materials to keep it moist, and the watering curing time shall not be less than 3 days
