Laying construction

1 Preparation

2 excavation

To tamp the water damaged parts, in addition to the debris and gravel in the slope, if necessary, use Panax notoginseng lime soil compaction treatment, or grouting reinforcement after sealing, which requires that the treated parts have good stability!

3 laying

The material can be laid vertically and horizontally. Please make sure that the base is smooth, otherwise it will affect the appearance quality!

4 joint treatment

1. A pit with a width of 10 cm and a depth of twice that of the cement blanket shall be excavated horizontally at the overlapping position of two adjacent cement blankets,

Place and flatten the cement blanket joint at the overlap.

2. Press the upper cement blanket on the lower cement blanket along the water flow direction, and the superposition position shall not be less than

10cm。

3. Apply sealant evenly at the joint.

4. Fix two pieces of cement blanket with Φ 5 * 38mm stainless steel screws.

5 ditch edge treatment

Fix the edge of the material on the edge of the ditch with rivets, and fix the overlapped part with rivets. After fixing, cover the edge with soil

6 water curing

Before watering, it is necessary to check and accept the whole laying before watering. Watering can only be carried out after it is qualified! Water 9kg per square meter (the thickness is calculated as 10mm) should be thoroughly watered. It should not be watered less and evenly from the edge to the middle

Spray water, the best way is spraying, the flow rate is 4000ml / min, until the color of cement blanket becomes dark. Do not use high pressure water column! When the temperature is less than or equal to 5 ℃, insulation measures shall be taken; when the average temperature of day and night is higher than 30 ℃, the surface shall be covered with plastic film or geotextile and other materials to keep it moist, and the watering curing time shall not be less than 3 days

Quality acceptance methods and standards

general provisions 

1.1 when the average day and night temperature of the construction site is lower than 5 ℃ or the minimum temperature is lower than 0 ℃ for 5 consecutive days, it is necessary to enter the winter construction.

1.2 when the material strength does not reach 60% of the design strength, it shall not be frozen. When the material begins to freeze under the condition of water immersion and freeze-thaw, it shall not be less than 80% of the design strength

Inspection items

2.1. Before laying the composite blanket, the base shall be fully compacted. The simple measurement method is: use a Φ 12mm steel drill rod, use 30kg pressure, and insert into the soil less than 5cm.

2.2. The ditch bottom and side shall be flat; the deviation of ditch section size shall not exceed 5cm. Base leveling treatment, after laying the composite blanket, the flatness is required to be measured with 3M chord rope, and the average loss is not more than 20mm.

2.3. The anchor spacing error is required to be ± 5cm; the construction error of screw spacing is ± 2cm. No less nails or missing nails are allowed, and the nails are firmly fixed.

2.4 water the blanket evenly and thoroughly until the color of blanket becomes darker. No less than 9kg per square meter (calculated by 10 mm thick blanket), no less watering. More watering will not affect the quality of the project.
