1. Preparation

2. Excavation

The construction line shall be set up according to the design requirements, both sides of the ditch shall be leveled, and there shall be no empty soil and cavity on the slope surface of the ditch. It is required to tamp the water damaged parts and remove the debris and gravel in the slope

3. The paving material can be laid vertically and horizontally. Please make sure that the base is smooth, otherwise it will affect the appearance quality!

4. Joint treatment

1. Excavate a pit 10 cm wide and a depth of one generation of cement blanket at the overlapping position of two adjacent cement blankets, and place and flatten the joint of cement blanket at the overlapping place.

2. Press the upper cement blanket on the lower cement blanket along the water flow direction, and the overlapping position shall not be less than 10 cm.

3. Fix two pieces of cement blanket with φ 5 * 38mm stainless steel screws.

6 water curing

Before watering, it is necessary to check and accept the whole laying, and only one thickness can be watered! Water 9 kg per square meter (the thickness is calculated as 10 mm) must be thoroughly watered. Do not pour less water. Spray water evenly from the edge to the middle. The best way is to spray. The flow rate is 400ml / min until the color of cement blanket becomes dark. Do not use water column with high pressure! When the temperature is less than or equal to 5 ℃, insulation measures should be taken; when the average temperature is higher than 30 ℃, the surface should be covered with plastic film or geotextile and other materials to keep moist, and the watering curing time should not be less than 3 days
